RETURNS, REFUNDS & REPLACEMENTS
We have a 100% commitment to your satisfaction. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied, we will work with you on a positive resolution. Due to the nature of these items, used or opened merchandise cannot be returned. The only returnable items are an unopened original package that is returned at the buyers expense. A refund minus the cost of shipping the original package will be refunded to you within 48 hours of receipt and inspection of the unopened item. Defective or damaged merchandise should be brought to our attention within 5 days after delivery of your item based on the tracking information provided by the shipper. Depending on inventory we will make every effort to replace that item immediately.
LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES
WE MAKE EVERY EFFORT TO ENSURE DELIVERY OF YOUR PACKAGE HOWEVER, WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR PACKAGES THAT HAVE BEEN LOST OR STOLEN ONCE IT IS IN THE POST OFFICE'S SYSTEM. SHOULD A PACKAGE GET DELAYED OR GO MISSING IT IS THE BUYERS RESPONSIBILITY TO CONTACT THEIR LOCAL PO AND PROVIDE THEM WITH THE TRACKING NUMBER. YOU SHOULD OBTAIN A CASE NUMBER AND ASK FOR A RESOLUTION DATE.
ONCE YOU RECEIVE THIS CASE NUMBER IT SHOULD BE E-MAILED TO US SO THAT WE MAY FILE A CLAIM IF NEEDED. ONCE WE HAVE THIS CASE NUMBER AND DEPENDING ON THE RESOLUTION BY THE PO, ONLY THEN WILL A NEW PACKAGE BE MAILED. THERE ARE NO EXCEPTIONS TO THIS POLICY "NO CASE NUMBER, NO REPLACEMENT"!!
THIS PACKAGE AND ALL FURTHER PURCHASES WILL BE SHIPPED "SIGNATURE REQUIRED" WITHOUT EXCEPTION. YOUR ACCOUNT WILL BE FLAGGED TO ADD AN EXTRA CHARGE OF $2.45 TO YOUR PURCHASES FOR THIS REQUIREMENT.
IF YOU SHOULD RECEIVE THIS PACKAGE AFTER WE'VE SHIPPED THE REPLACEMENT IT IS OUR EXPECTATION AS OUR CUSTOMER THAT YOU CONTACT US TO ARRANGE RETURN OF ONE OF THE PACKAGES. SHOULD THIS NOT OCCUR YOUR ACCOUNT WILL BE CLOSED.
