Federal Regulations require these items to be mailed via ground transportation only.

NEW RATES EFFECTIVE 5/20/2019

Packages are generally mailed within 2 business days (excludes weekends & holidays) after receipt of payment and are shipped via USPS ground with tracking and drop-off without signature. This fee is charged with each order regardless of the purchase amount and is assessed to help offset the cost of the extra packing requirements by all carriers. 

 ·        USPS Ground typically arrives within 7-10 business days and costs $7.75 No PO Boxes, Colleges, Business Addresses or Military Bases. 

At this time we are no longer utilizing FedEx Ground due to cost. 

Should you reside in Alaska or Hawaii only USPS ground is available which takes approximately 21 days or more.

Shipping fees include handling and packing fees as well as postage costs. Handling fees are fixed, whereas transport fees vary according to total weight of the shipment. We advise you to group your items in one order. We cannot group two distinct orders placed separately, and shipping fees will apply to each of them. Your package will be shipped at your own risk, but special care is taken to protect fragile objects. 

The USPS does not guarantee real time tracking. Many times we see shipments where the tracking information does not update until the package reached the destination city or is actually delivered. There also may be on occasion a delay caused by weather, we will make every effort to notify you about those delays. We have no control over the package once the item is received by the Post Office. If a package is delayed in transit an escalation cannot be placed on that package for at least 10 business days. A replacement package/refund will not be offered until 15 business days have passed. 

Boxes are amply sized, discreet and your items are well-protected. 

If you order toys they will be shipped separately and will be shipped either USPS First Class or USPS Priority Mail.

Please find your order's tracking number in the Order details page. Here is how:

1. Login to your account page https://www.solventsbymail.com/my-account
2. Go to ORDER HISTORY AND DETAILS page
3. Find your order and click on the DETAILS link
4. Scroll down and you will find your tracking number next to a Shipping Carrier name.
